2. Booking, Cancellations, and No-Shows

To ensure excellent service for all our clients, we enforce a strict booking policy:

  • Arrival: Please arrive at least 5-10 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment.
  • Late Arrivals: If you are more than 15 minutes late, we may need to reschedule your appointment or adjust the services provided to avoid delaying the next client.
  • Cancellations: We require at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations. Failure to cancel within this timeframe may result in a cancellation fee.
  • No-Shows: Clients who fail to show up for their appointment without notifying us may be required to prepay for future bookings.

3. Pricing and Payments

All prices listed on our website are in United Arab Emirates Dirhams (AED) and include VAT where applicable, in accordance with UAE Federal Tax Authority (FTA) regulations. Prices for our services are subject to change without notice. We accept cash and major credit/debit cards.

4. Health and Safety

Your health and safety are our top priority. We adhere to the strictest hygiene and sanitation protocols mandated by UAE municipal authorities. Clients with contagious skin or scalp conditions may be refused service for the safety of our staff and other patrons.

5. Intellectual Property

6. Limitation of Liability
